Top Carpets and Floors Constantiaberg is a Cape Town Based company, with a showroom in the Southern Suburbs. Started in 1986 by Rodney James. In 1995 he joined the Top Carpets Franchise. Peter Ruthenberg then purchased the business in 2008.

We operate throughout Cape Town from Southern Suburbs to the Northern Suburbs.
